Who is Igor Vitkovskiy aka ArtistMef?

Hello! My name is Igor Vitkovskiy. I am an artist hailing from Ukraine. My primary focus is digital illustration and concept art. Furthermore, I operate a shop where I offer my unique resources and tools. “Mef” serves as my art pseudonym. Adding “Artist” to it enhances its SEO appeal. The Genesis of ArtistMef

My shop officially launched two years ago. However, I had already accumulated 4-5 years of experience on various digital marketplaces. Therefore, re-establishing myself was not a significant challenge. Success truly blossomed only six months ago. This was after I discovered bundle selling websites and became actively involved in them. This shift significantly boosted my ArtistMef digital illustration reach.

Current Creative Endeavors

Presently, I am developing extensive new packs. These will feature watercolor and abstract paint textures and background elements. Additionally, I plan to release numerous Photoshop brush sets soon. I also dedicate considerable time to a few personal art projects. My main concentration lies in these projects. I strive to create innovative designs and visuals. Moreover, I aim to imbue them with profound meaning. My ArtistMef digital illustration portfolio continues to grow.

The GraphicLoot Collaboration

I received a collaborative proposal from GraphicLoot via email. Naturally, I accepted it with enthusiasm. They subsequently curated a bundle deal featuring my files. After a month or two, the bundle was released. This proved to be my most exceptional bundle experience to date. I extend my sincere gratitude to the GraphicLoot team. Essential Tools for ArtistMef’s Craft

My primary creative tools include Photoshop CS6 and a Wacom Intuos 4 M tablet. This combination allows me to accomplish nearly any task. Furthermore, I utilize an Epson Scanner and a Nikon D5300 camera. These are essential for gathering references and textures for my files. I also work extensively with traditional media. This includes watercolors, chalk, pencils, ink, and acrylics. These traditional methods often inform my ArtistMef digital illustration.

Favorite Works and Future Aspirations

Selecting a single favorite piece is quite challenging. Each creation holds a special place in my artistic journey. However, I am particularly proud of a recent series of abstract landscapes. They represent a significant step forward in my ArtistMef digital illustration style. I am constantly experimenting with new techniques. My goal is to push the boundaries of digital art.
